Stephen Wade is a Liberal Party of Australia member of the Legislative Council in the Parliament of South Australia.
After graduating in Law and Economics from the University of Adelaide, Stephen worked in corporate governance and on a range of Boards.
He was Chair of Julia Farr Services Inc. (2003-2006), the largest disability service provider in South Australia, and was a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Stephen was appointed to the Legislative Council in May 2006, and has served as a Shadow Minister since April 2007. He is currently the Shadow Minister for Health and Wellbeing, covering health, ageing, mental health, substance abuse and suicide prevention.
Stephen lives in the Adelaide Hills and enjoys travel and bushwalking.
